Loch Ness: Lunch time

It's now decades later and I can still remember enjoying the fire burning and watching our lunch start to cook. What's on the menu? We all participated prior to leaving Inverness in buying the beef sausage, buns, tea and, of course, HAGGIS. Scrumptuous! (Note: The fire wasn't built at the shoreline to respect the beauty of the area.)

Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck; minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and cooked while traditionally encased in the animal's stomach though now often in an artificial casing instead 82060314
