Windermere Rail station

To me, Windermere was synonymous with "the Lake District" so it seemed a bit surreal to be heading there.

Lake Windermere is located in Cumberland, next to Bowness-on-Windermere in Northwest England's Lake District. The lake, largest in England, is over 10 miles long, and during the summer, cruises, fishing, boating, sailing and scuba diving are popular with visitors. 82060701
