View from the top

The view was so captivating, I found it hard to leave. So, I sat myself down and daydreamed awhile! Mesmerized by the view in front of me.

The main attraction at the top, apart from the natural view, is that provided by the camera obscura, which with it's 14in. lens gives a bird's eye view of over 1000 square miles, covering the Lleyn Peninsula in the north, to Strumble Head in the south.

Also known as 'Consti', this rugged hill offers unobstructed views over the town and surrounding countryside; even Snowdon can be seen on a clear day. It's easy to enjoy the views, too, as an attractively old-fashioned cliff railway provides an easy route to the summit. 82060715
